These Terms and Conditions and Service Rules ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between the player ("player" or "you") who uses the twcmmk platform (www.twcmmk.mom) and twcmmk.

By visiting this website, opening an account, or placing a bet, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

twcmmk reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If a player continues to play after changes are published on the website, they are considered to have accepted the updated terms.

Each player may open only one account. If a single person is found to have two or more accounts open, twcmmk will suspend those accounts and will only release any remaining balance after a review.

The name, date of birth, and contact details provided when opening an account must be accurate and your own correct personal information. twcmmk is not responsible for any problems that arise from incorrect information submitted.

2.4 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their own account login details secure. Never share your password with anyone. twcmmk will not be liable for any losses that occur if a third party gains access to your account.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amounts

At twcmmk, you can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks, and the processing time depends on when the payment platform operates.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

A minimum balance of 10,000 Ks is required to withdraw. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 hour after verification. If processing takes longer due to payment platform delays, you can contact customer support.

3.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Verification

twcmmk reserves the right to carry out verification checks for financial security and anti-money laundering purposes. Personal identification documents may be requested as part of the verification process. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold during this period.

3.4 Third-Party Payment Restriction

Players must only deposit and withdraw using a payment account registered in their own name. If a deposit is made using a third-party name, twcmmk reserves the right to reverse the funds and suspend the account.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors at twcmmk can receive a 200% bonus — up to 200,000 Ks.

• Example: If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks.
• Another example: If you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 420,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager bonus amount × 20 before you can withdraw. Only play funded by the bonus counts toward the wagering requirement, and this will be managed in line with twcmmk's guidelines.

4.3 Cancelling a Bonus

If you want to cancel your bonus and play without one, you can contact customer support. However, once a bonus is cancelled, no bonus funds will be refunded.

4.4 Bonus Abuse Prevention

twcmmk considers the following to be bonus abuse and reserves the right to immediately void any agreement: opening more than one account to obtain bonuses, sharing bonuses through connected individuals, or manipulating gameplay with the intent of earning bonus funds.

5.1 Game Validity

5.2 Technical Faults

5.3 Prohibited Activities

5.4 Fund Transfers and Match Manipulation
